GTA 4 Cheat & Trainer installation

If you're using a cracked version of the game, then you'll need to reset the game files first before installing the patch. For that you'll need to download GTA4RC.rar file and then run the programme. The file is found here,

Next you need to download and install the patch 1.01 from the publisher's website.

Warning: If you're using a cracked version you'll need to crack the game again to make it work. I've never heard of "GTA.IV.Crack.Securom.Bypass.Launcher.UBER-PROPER-FeD0R" and do not google it.

Copy the files in the zip to the GTA root directory and start the game. Once you begin the game when you see Niko press ALT+TAB to go to the Desktop and put the necessary values. That's all..
